Bizness Complaint - Bad business from onlline site

I purchased 2 laptops during a 1 week period from the online auction site, Bidz. The merchant doing business thru Bidz was Bizness. The first laptop I received was guaranteed to work with the correct power source. Upon receiving the first laptop, I took it to a computer tech who read the provided info and gave me the power source needed to power up, or so we thought. After plugging in and attempting to power up, the laptop would simply turn on and turn right back off. I immediatly contacted Chris at Bizness, who so generously offered to have it picked up by UPS and checked out for me. What a nice guy! During this time, the second laptop came in, again took it to a different tech who stated there was internal power failure. When the tech turned the laptop over he was amazed to see the cover that was missing was replaced with a piece of cardboard and masking tape! He said this could have caused the power failure. I contacted Bizness again, who stated that neither computer tech seemed to know what they were doing and that if I wanted to return this defective computer, that I would have to pay to ship and fully insure it. As if it could be more damaged. I was not only responsible for shipping and insuring. They charged me the $39.95 original shipping and a re-stocking fee! I was only credited a portion of my money back on both defective laptops. After being unable to resolve this with Chris at badBizness, I contacted the people at Bidz, they spoke to him and said he stated both laptops worked perfectly with the correct power supplies once he received them back. And since his word is apparently gospel, that was the end of their investigation. I think this is extremely unfair and wanted to warn anyone not to do business with them.
Also, just FYI, after purchashing what appeared to be nice jewelry from Bidz, took several pieces of diamonds for appraisal and was told they were very poor quality diamonds, so BEWARE!
