Whirlpool - Unsatisfactory Customer Service/Answers

MARYLAND -- Whirlpool's customer service is less than terrible. I have spent all day trying to figure out when to expect a part to fix my oven. I have been without an oven for more than a month and all they can tell me is that they "just are not quite sure" when the part can be delivered. Because the part is on backorder, I have suspicion that this is a part that has been in high demand because of faulty manufacturing--of course no one will tell me that however. The part that I need is a microcomputer.
I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of whirlpool and KitchenAid products and this is the service that I get. Amazing. Everything is fine until you need the company.
My recommendation is to search around and buy another product. To be without a stove without one month, with no relief in sight is unheard of!!!
I will find every website possible to ensure my voice is heard!
