Sears Complaint - Horrible Customer service and Bad business ethics
WASHINGTON -- I was stupid enough to get bought by the 10% discount and applied for the card. The bill didn't arrive and I was charged late fee. I called to waive that but customer service of sears are really trained to be RUDE and I wasn't waived. She told me that this is the final amount that I should pay and that they won't be any late payment after that. I closed the account but was charge another late payment. I called again to get the same rude responses and after getting so tired dealing with sears, I made all the amount in full, which was 3 times the original purchase !!! What is more, my credit report was hurt really badly that I have difficulty getting a loan approved. To think that Sears disrupted my entire credit where I had excellent credit score before!!! I can't regret enough about opening an account with them.
I vow I will never ever give any business to Sears in this lifetime. I warn you to be very very wary of Sears credit line.
