Washington Mutual Complaint - WAMU Online Banking
I don't even know where to begin with the problems I have had with online banking with WAMU. Their online banking worked for me for a couple of years well. But recently I ran into problems when I added a business account and have not been able to access my account for over three weeks.
I have called them at least 9 times in the last two weeks spending from 20 minutes to 45 minutes on the phone each time. They just have me do the same thing over and over and things continue to not work. Their system is a complete mess, and none of their service representatives seem to know what to do.
I am giving up! I have opened new accounts with Citibank. Seems good so far.
