Dyer's RV Supply - Terrible Customer Service

MAYER, WASHINGTON -- I purchased an automatic satellite system, tripod, and converter from Dyers RV. After receiving the shipment, I realized that they had shipped the wrong product. I contacted the company and spoke with one of their representatives (Jordan C). I explained to him that I was not interested in waiting for the correct item to be shipped, and he told me that I can return the items for a refund. Jordan sent me an email with an RMA# and a pre-paid shipping label attached so that I could return the items purchased. I was told that I would receive a full refund, once the items have been return.

Dyers RV - Satellite package. Please package up everything all in one box and ship back what you do not want. I put all three parts on the RMA so you can send back whatever you do not want.

On July 17th, 2014 I received a call from a Dyer's RV employee (Melanie), and was informed that I would receive a refund in the amount of $661.96.

On July 18th, 2014 I received an email from Dyer's RV Support, which stated that I was credited $642.10. I contacted Dyer's RV, and spoke to Jordan C, and was told him that I was contacted by Melanie on The 17th, and she told me that I will be refunded $661.96. Jordan C. told me that Melanie was incorrect, and that she does not know the process. Jordan C, stated that I was charged $19.86 for the cost of a re-stocking fee for the tripod and power converter, since I decided to return them.

Since the company shipped me an item that I did not order in the first place, I had no use for the tripod and converter, which were specifically for the satellite system I ordered. For no reason, should I be charged a re-stocking fee for something which was not my fault.

I do not believe that Jordan C. has provided acceptable customer service, nor do I think he is thinking about future business from me and my family...

After multiple emails with the customer service department, they have refuse to refund the re-stocking fee: They told me that even though the tripod, which is specifically designed for the Winegard Carryout G2, that it does not completely nullify the abilities to be used for something else; I guess I could have used it as a portable coffee table.

MY SUGGESTION TO ANY PERSON/S INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT/S FROM DYER'S RV! DON'T EXPECT A HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY, AND EXPECT A SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE...

I have ordered several items from Dyers in the past and have always had great customer service from them
