Complaint - Bad customer service

ILLINOIS -- I called to check on some information about a golf putter I found on the web site. After an hour of a fax on there 'phone line' I finally got through to a automated person telling me to leave a message. I did and after another hour I called again and spoke with someone. I needed this putter in 4 days. They offered express, but don't really explain what express is on the site. So after talking to an associate it was assured to me I would get this in no more than 4 days by paying for the express. The assosiate even called me back to tell me he had got it shipped that day. I tried to track this item for the next 3 days and no info was ever given in the site, even though it lists that capablity. When I finally called on the 4th day I was rudly told it's on a truck (what delivery company I don't know) and you've called now 5 times quit calling us. I tried to explaiin how the web site isn't showing tracking info and I was hung up on. I called back to talk to a manager and to my dismay I had been talking to a manager. He rudly said I was nice to you quit calling me and he hung up on me. This company's web site is less than average and I wouldn't ever buy anything from them again.
