Department Store Complaint -
I brout the travel bag and whien the zip broke, I exchanged it for another one. A week later, the zep broke again -very inconveniently because I was on holiday. The shop assistant was unhelpful when you returned to the store and would not replace the bag or fefund my money. She blamed me,saying I had packed the bag too full.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Writing a letter of complaint to the Manager of department store
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
