IGIA and Singer Laser Storm Vacuum Complaint - Fraudulent representation of product and billing

Review by Cocorose on 2006-05-14
LEBANON, TENNESSEE -- I ordered a Singer Laser Storm Vac from IGIA. I agreed to a buy one get one free deal. I endded up waiting months (and many phone calls) for it to arrive. When it did I was very upset to find they shipped four vacuums, no invoice, and charged me alomst $500.00 fro a $59.95 vacuum.

I have attempted many phone calls and letters. When I did speak to someone, I was told they had many problems with inappropriate billing and shipping. I was told I would get one-half of my money credited back to my card, and a return label would be sent for the return shipping. NONE of these came true. I still have four vacuums and a lot of interest on my credit card.

Its kind of sad that no one can stop these people from doing this. I am waiting for 16 months for 2 vac and 2 months for the refund I demanded. too many excuses and now they dont even answer the phone or email. If you have vacs try to sell them on ebay or something at least you will get some part of what you lost back which is more then most of us will ever see. Good Luck
