Physicallyelite.com Informative - Fails to Deliver, Non-existent Customer Service
NEW JERSEY -- On April 2, 2006 I ordered two 24-count variety boxes of Accel Gel and one 12-count box of Apple Cranberry Cliff Bars. Credit Card was charge in full for products ordered on April 2nd. I received a confirmation email that order would be processed and ship within 24 hours and that I would receive them in 5 - 7 business days. On April 14th I emailed customer service regarding my order and they said they would look into it. On April 19th still no response from their end all emails and phone calls were ignored. On April 24 I received notification that my order would finally ship. On April 25 I received a shipping confirmation number and a new phone number to contact Curt Pederson the owner of the site should I need any further assistance. On April 27th received a box with only the Cliff Bars! No notification regarding the two, more expensive boxes of Accel Gel. I tried to call the new direct number for Curt Pederson. The number was disconnected! Called daily to the main Customer Service phone number and email. No response! This is a bogus business that pays to have their website come up on every search engine as well as linked to any website that has health and fitness related content. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are happy to charge your credit card but have no intentions to send you the products you order!
