US, NEVADA -- I have purchased PCShowBuzz on 25 March 2006, there are a large numbers of channels but it is not what I have expected. I have enquired on some issues with PCShowBuzz and their customer service has replied promptly to my questions and though refund request is not as easy as a simple phone call, but their customer service is one of the best which I came across on the internet. The product might not suit me but i got my money back within days of my request.

You don't point out that their advertising is false advertising. PCshowbuzz is fine if you like made-for-internet cartoons and movie trailers, but they promise "your favourite channels" and "1000+ tv channels" and this is a straight lie. They have a few tv channels, but you can find at least as many for free with media player or realplayer.
