IOPENER FROM NETPLIANCE Complaint - USED TO LOVE IT, NOW I HATE IT

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I AM FEELING RIPPED OFF!! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY EMAIL FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER HOT LINE ONLY TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THROUGH. FINALLY A RECORDED MESSAGE TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED ANY MOMENT. THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PERFORM YOUR SYSTEM MAINTNANCE? IN ADDITION I HAVE LEARNED THAT THE SAME MACHINE I PAID 299 FOR WAS PURCHASED BY OTHERES FOR $99! ALSO,IT WAS NEVER MADE CLEAR THAT THE CHAT BUTTON WOULD NOT BE IMPLEMENTED AND THAT THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT YOU COULD CHAT WITH WOULD BE OTHER IOPENER OWNERES. HOW WOULD I KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR FAILURE TO TRUTHFULLY REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICES.

i too am disgusted with i-opener. i returned the device after only 1 mo. i canceled world/net and i kept getting billed for internet service, which i did not have. they would not give me the 5 months credit til after 2 mo. of calling every day.finally, they e-mailed me stating there was a mix-up in there records and finally i did recieve the credit that was due me.i have never been so upset with any other company than this one all i can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!
