SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- They sent me a stolen, locked Verizon phone. Which was advertised as a Unlocked phone. When I sent a message about it. They attempted to walk me through how to get around the IMEI and Unlock the device. I refused and asked to have a return started and get a label. I sent the phone the next day and sent them the confirmation. The phone was delivered 4 days later. They told me I would have to wait for the inspection that following Monday.

End of day Monday I contacted them and AMAZON. Amazon sent them a message. Still no reply. The next day they send me a message with an empty box saying they didn't get anything. If you looked closely at the UPS shipping label and other box looked like they had been smashed and thrown into the trash. They will not give my money back and once I looked deeper into the company. I see that this is a common occurrence. Hopefully the investigation I asked AMAZON to do will remove them from their platform. I will reach out the every location I see them advertised.

TERRIBLE Customer Service!

MINNESOTA -- Bidallies has THE worst customer service! I ordered a refurbished iPhone 5. When the phone arrived I charged it to 100%, within 20 minutes the phone died. The battery simply won't hold a charge. I now understand that the iPhone 5 had a recall because of a faulty battery. They told me when the phone was checked before shipping, they felt the battery held a charge adequate to their standards. When I asked if 20 minutes was an acceptable battery life she simply repeated the same mantra. I went back and forth with them through email. Each time it took them 3-5 days to respond.

I finally called eBay and they provided me with a phone number. No number is listed on their website. In a very smug tone, she gave me two options. Simply return the phone or let them place $175 on hold on my credit card to secure an exchange. This is my only phone, I am unable to return it before I have a replacement phone. I have NO interest in locking up my money because they sent me a defective phone.

Why wouldn't I return a phone that doesn't work? I drive for Uber and this has affected my ability to earn income for three weeks now. She told me she was "really sorry" over and over, again in a very smug tone. I asked for some sort of compensation for receiving a phone that must be plugged in in order for it to work as well as for my loss of income. I was told "NOPE, we don't do that". I made it clear that I was not happy with their customer service.

Imagine a phone you can only use plugged in at home or in the car. Go anywhere and guarantee your phone to be dead. Again I asked for some type of compensation and she said "NOPE we don't do that". I even threw out a sum of $30.00 as compensation. I thought that was very reasonable. She ended our conversation with the final comment. "I gave you your options, have a nice day".

The history of my transaction with Bidallies: I purchased a used Blackberry Q10 from Bidallies on EBay. I was sent with the wrong charger with the phone. I contacted them and I was sent a charger that (literally) was 6 inches in length and virtually usable. I contacted Bidallies and we agreed that I would return the original phone, pay an additional fee, and I would get a new phone with Blackberry supplies. I sent back the original phone and supplies (I had to pay shipping) and paid the additional fee. I received an email that the new phone had shipped. I was subsequently informed by Bidallies that the new phone they offered me was out of stock.

In sum, a terrible experience. Moreover, Bidallies tried to blame eBay but it is clear that the fault was Bidallies: they offered me a phone and failed to keep one in stock for me. I received a refund of my payment for the original phone and the additional payment for the new phone that Bidallies failed to supply. But it was a terrible experience and I ended up wasting a lot of time and losing opportunities to get other phones.

BIDALLIES - BIDALLIES.com, a Seller through eBay, (from New Jersey), sent me a cell phone that I purchased through eBay, that arrived cracked and broken. They gave me a return authorization number and I sent the phone back two weeks ago and have NOT received a replacement yet. I've sent them multiple emails with no response. I've now been without a cell phone for 2 weeks. Called the complete foreign MORONS over at eBay customer support a total of 4 times now to resolve this and still nothing.

BIDALLIES generates thousands of dollars per month to eBay in seller commissions so obviously eBay will side with them. eBay could care less about little buyers like you and me. They are all about the money. How else could sellers get away with selling counterfeit products on eBay.com??? Scams!

NEW JERSEY -- I ordered an iPhone 6 in December of 2017. It was shipped to the wrong address 2X & they would not ship it to the correct address stating that their system did not allow them to make changes. It's April, I'm still fighting to get my money back & they're impossible to contact directly. They don't answer emails & the one time I got someone on the phone they said that my account would be credited as soon as I closed the eBay claim. Well, it's closed, it's several months later & I still don't see that credit coming through. $200 I don't have just went down the drain & I still had to go & get a phone somewhere else. (AT&T had a fabulous deal, btw. Wish I would have gone to them first!)

NEW JERSEY -- I ordered a Samsung watch from this company on eBay. Come to find out it had a bad ESN number causing the watch not to work anymore. When I contacted them they were no help at all in any way shape or form. This company sucks and I would never ever do business with them. They sold an item with a clear number which was not and then refused to correct it stating it was a cellular problem not theirs. They offered no help, advice or anything just happy they received my payment. Do not do business with this company at all. They do not stand behind their sales.

I bought a Samsung Note 4 off of their eBay ad for $175. It would randomly power off. And a few weeks later, it no longer charged. I returned it and they shipped me a replacement phone which was below the B+ condition I paid for. The replacement phone had visible signs of being dropped, deep dents/grooves and chipped paint. Messaged bid allies and asked for a refund. I did not want to run the risk of paying for shipping and being without a phone a 3rd time. They refused to refund me. So I have since contacted my lawyer friend. DO NOT PURCHASE from them if you don't have money to waste or time to be without a phone.

LG V6 purchased on Ebay had poor signal reception. Continued to get worse until if finally died in just under 2 months. Company not interested in helping since it was past 30 days. Left negative feedback and they somehow got it removed. Not recommended.

SUNNYSIDE, NEW YORK -- I bought a total of 3 phones from these crooks. I would give them negative stars if I could. One of the phones arrived dead. They did switch this one out. One of the other two phones kept searching for service, and stopped working completely. I contacted them, and they would not exchange or refund because it had been over 30 days. Are you kidding me? I guess they think it is acceptable to charge $400 for something to only work less than 3 months. Do yourself a favor. Please do not purchase anything from them!!!

CLIFTON, NEW JERSEY -- I ordered an iPhone 6 from BidAllies and I LOVE IT! The shipping was delayed two days however the phone operates perfectly and that's what matters the most. When I requested information about the product they made it their business to present me with all the details I needed.
