Del Taco Informative - Check your bag!
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- I eat at Del Taco often. I usually have no problems, but in the last two weeks I have received the wrong items from the Del Taco on Van Buren (Stater Bros shopping center, in Woodcrest area). The first time I asked for a meal that had two tacos and ended up with a totally different meal. I didn't realize it was wrong until I had already gotten back onto Van Buren. The next time my request for "chicken macho nachos" turned into "nacho fries". I caught this error because my bag was way to small to hold macho nachos. When I complained my order was fixed so it worked out ok. But just as a warning if you stop at this Del Taco better double check your order before you pull away from the drive thru.

You should always recheck your bags at any fast food establishment before driving away.

Tander-EXACTLY!! What more could be better advice...besides to advise not to eat such drek.

They aren't too popular out here either. My I add one more suggestion to all drive thru patrons... When ordering anykind of sandwich especially ones that have mayo' on them make sure that you get plenty of napkins. (TIR)

That happened to us many many times specially at Del Taco in Modesto California (Standiford and Carver). When you get home and find out your order has missing and or different items, and the phone number on the reciept is not working or has a busy signal for a long time, it makes you wonder.
