DALLAS, TEXAS -- I'm a neat freak and when I saw these gentlemen vacuuming my carpet, I was happy. It made my day. :) They replaced my bedroom closet with a very beautiful spotted brown. It looks very nice. Very pleased. :)

NEW JERSEY -- We contracted National Floors Direct to install basement flooring and to carpet the stairs leading to the basement. The entire process was seamless as the crew arrived as scheduled and kept us updated as to the progress. Once completed they neatly cleaned up and asked us to inspect their work for final approval. We were extremely satisfied as to the quality of work performed and the expertise of the installers. Note: I received a gift card for my time posting this honest review.

National Floors salesman came with pattern carpet samples as my request. I was able to pick the color and viewed it in the room to be installed in. Salesman explained what the installers would do and measured all areas to be installed also showing where the seams would be within the room. Matched carpet price with a competitive company. Explained the contract agreement. Installers arrived in time frame they pulled up old carpet and cleaned all areas. Carpet install went very smoothly very pleased with job workers cleaned up when finished. Recommended national floors to family member who is in need of living room carpet.

DANBURY, CONNECTICUT -- The installers called before arrival, that was appreciated. They were friendly and started as soon as they arrived. They definitely knew what they were doing. Nothing went wrong, no damage to my home or furniture. They finished quickly, including clean-up and ensuring my furniture was placed where I wanted it. Great job!

The install team arrived punctually and left our home clean, neat and with a professionally installed carpet. 3. Pricing was extremely competitive to other quotes we received.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD -- The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and assisted me with my carpet selection. My install appointment was easy to set up. I did have to pay 1/3 of the total down. I was glad to get the no interest payment plan on the balance in 12 months.

Then Rashad came and did a presentation and also educated us on flooring, very informative. He was very professional. Prior to installation detailed instruction sent via email. Day of installation the guys were on time within the time set and was very careful with my furniture and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the complete process. I will be using them in the near future for my other flooring projects.
