Inksuperstore.com Complaint - Return Problem
I first ordered from inkjetsuperstore.com in January. Receiving a defective laser toner cartridge that started printing streaks on gray scale images I ask for a replacement cartridge in March 2006.
All this was by email/an online with the company. I have tried several times to talk to a live person and have been unable to do so. Even have left messages and no one at the company returns phone calls.
The company sent out a replacement with a return shipping label for FEDEX. I didn't write down the tracking number (my mistake) thinking that they must have some method of connecting my order with the return label which they sent to me.
They now say they have not received my cartridge return. They have said that they would charge my card which they have on file.
To be fair the company hasn't charged my card yet, but continue to say they will.
I have asked that they talk with FEDEX. I'm in a small town in Maine and I'm certain that only one person in my town or even in my large area returned a package to them from this area during the March.
I don't even have the physical address of the company. They never give it to me...although I have request that. They will not give me the company FEDEX acct # although I have asked.
I have finally asked that they have someone with English as a primary language to review the case and answer my questions.
I have received the same responses.
They may be trying to do their best...but it is not good enough.
During this same time Samsung had to replace the printer in which I use the cartridges. (The replacement printer came with all the materials/labels and no extra charges to my card were threatened.
I do believe it is an English language problem. But nonetheless, problematic so that I will not order again unless this is resolved by this company acknowledging that they have received my return.
