Rose Petals Florist Complaint - Terrible customer service

ZEPHYR COVE, NEVADA -- This is the email I sent to the company I ordered the flowers from,, who contracted the order out to Rose Petals Florist, expressing my diappointment with their customer service.:---

"I am writing to let you know that while I am very pleased with the flowers I purchased from you, and that they were delivered in a timely manner, I am very disappointed with the attitude received by both the delivery person and with Rose Petals Florist.

From what I was told by the young lady who works at the business the flowers were to be delivered to, a representative from Rose Petals Florist called the business office and told her that the delivery person was not able to find the location of delivery. This representative then made the statement that she "doesn't have time for this" because she is "swamped", then gave the young lady the cell phone number of the delivery person, and told her to call him to give him directions. The young lady did call the delivery person, and he proceeded to give her a nasty attitude as well.

What makes everything worse is that she had to tell me what happened while my mother, who works at the business, was right there. The flowers were a gift to my mother for Mother's Day.

If I had known that my purchase was going to be such an inconvenience to your company, I would have purchased the flowers from someone else. For the amount I spent on the purchase, I expected better treatment and customer service than that."

I have yet to recieve any sort of apology from Abbott' or from Rose Petal Florists.

Jen-I'm not connected to either shop. My wife is a florist and has been in the profession for over 30 years. I'm going to post an informative review above (hopefully) that will address your very issue. It appears you went florist-to-florist direct? Good! Watch for the information post. All best...
