Koolvent - Panama Awning Company Complaint - work done on home not done according to contract

WAYNE, MICHIGAN -- As a honest consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
A carport awning was attached to the side of my house - true, it was three years ago, but I did try to contact the contractor at that time unsuccessfully. I just don't have a lot of time! Anyhow, I measured the awning and it is not as wide as drawn on contract, posts are in driveway not on side as I was told they would be. Also, contractor did not get a city permit to do the work.

As a resolution, I would like the following:
Would just like the awning erected as illustrated and stated in contract.
