Time Warner Cable Complaint - Horrible Customer Service.
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Two years ago a sales man from Time Warner called me wanting to sell me there services. I told him that the only way I would move is if he could get me a better price than all three services combined (phone, internet, & cable)with no strings attached. At this time the three of them were a combined cost of $123.00 (this took some work to get them there). He was not sure if he could do that, but he would check to see and call me back.(sales-man # 26901) A day or so latter he called and said he got it approved. I agreed and set up an install date when all three were supposed to be installed for free. Not only did they not get all three installed at that date, they charged me for phone service that had not been connected. After everything was installed I recieved my second bill and learned that they were charging me for every service "a la carte" ( over $100 more than agreed). I think it took me about 8 months and about 20 phone calls to get that straightened out because I could never get anyone to call me back. A supervisor finally got it taken care of, I thought. Only to find out that they have raised my rate again. With about forty phone called and several supervisors promises to get back to me I am in the same "boat" again.
I can't be the only one in this situation if it happens to me this often. Can anyone help me here.
