PERFUME.COM Complaint - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Via Amazon.com I ordered Royal Secret Cologne from www.perfume.com for $24.98 charged to my Bank Visa card. This was on May 17th. (My bank has plenty of money in it)--on May 25th--Amazon.com notified me that perfume.com rejected the order with the vague excuse: 'Customer Service Credit.' I e mailed Perfume.com and never received a response as to why they refused the order, SAYING they would refund the $24.98 which WAS taken from my account. So far NO refund, NO response.
A TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Amazon.com seems to be having more and more problems of the same nature.
