Target Complaint - DVD Return
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Bought a Scooby Doo DVD for my daughter when we opened it, it has several U shaped marks like it got hung up in a machine. I assume its from when the sticker was put on top something probably comes up thru the middle to hold the dvd in place. I am guessing it was of track. Anyway I tried to return it the next morning . They had no more copies of that title so I offered to take one of the other 2 Scooby Doo $9.99 DVDs they would not let me do that. I offered to take my money back. they wouldnt let me do that either. My options are to wait until they get more in or drive around town and check the other Target stores. The Manager was a jerk I asked if they could have a copy sent from another store and he wouldnt do that. I asked if he could check if more would be in this week he did not do that. He gave me a number to call. I called and got the same treatment and another number to call. When I called the second number the help line was closed. So I got the big run around. I offered several options and they did not want to help. They made it seem like it was my fault I purchased a defective dvd. I guess now I have to go in every week and hope they get more in befor the receipt expires. I can tell you this I will not be spending over $400 at Target this x-mas.
