Netflix.com Complaint - 3 at a time is not really 3 at a time

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I've noticed that whenever i send back a movie to net flix it takes close to 5-7 days for them to process my order and send me the next dvd in my queue. I try my best to send them out one at a time, but sometimes i have to send them out all at once, but i get no new movies in 3 days, i have to wait like a week or so. It's a bit fustrating, when they promise you unlimited renting, b/c it's limited by their time spent processing my movies. i would like to watch a movie one every day, but that can't happen b/c there is such a big delay.

I don't know if that lawsuit settlement did anything for netflix and their busniess practices.

I might stick it out for the remainder of the month, n then i'm going to cancle, b/c if you cancle before the month is done, you don't get your money back, you pretty much lose out.

try block buster,...i really am not too thrilled recommending a company that ripped off people for such a long time before netflix came and pretty much brought the high priced pieces of !@#$% down, so now they are reduced to pricing their services close to netflix.

we'll see

I guess it depends on your post office as well. When are the packages postmarked? I almost always get DVD's in two days - drop them at the post office on the way to work, they get it the next day and ship the new one, I get the new one the afternoon of day two.

CobraCat77...I was going to ask the same thing. A movie a day is a bit much...don't you have a job? Other hobbies?

My brother had this problem too. Basically, he found that it was difficult to get your money's worth from the rentals.
