This am I placed an order on line for Nero 7, gave them the number of my pre paid master card and the address for that card. I complted the order and printed out the receipt for the order.
Much to my surprise, the shipping adress, the billing address and my address were different.
Apparantly, one of my visiting relations months ago ordered a computer and had it shipped to a location not hers.
I called CompUSA when they opened and in essence was told tough luck, the order had been shipped and they will have to get it back from fedEX.
I went ballistic and started ranting and raving that why the hell should they have a different name and adress as the billing adress when the hame and adress and credit card were mine?
(the credit card number on the receipt is mine the other info isnt)
They told me the only way was to cancel the order and then wait for them to return it to my card. And reorder it from them again. I went ballisitic and they kept hangin up on me and refusing to provide supervisors or any executive other than a flunkie with minimal brain cells who could barely comprehend more than form letter responses from some manual.
