WEBSTER, TEXAS -- Hello,
I'm still receiving calls with threats to mark my credit. If someone could please review all the notes from all of the many different departments that keep calling me. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever encountered as a customer with anything. It's going on 4 months now, and I've yet to get my issue resolved. It's pathetic. Yet here I am still waiting on a phone call to approve my exchange. You guys have no problem picking up the phone if my payment is 30 minutes late, yet no one can help get my issues resolved. Every time I see a number pop up on caller ID I answer hoping for some good news, however it ends up with me telling the person on the phone my whole 4 month period story about how my love seat has ripped and the sofa is falling apart at the seams... It's insane. And how the representative is not making notes on the account is even more insane.
This place is a joke if you want good quality furniture and great customer service / satisfaction. I will not ever purchase another item with you, EVER. Tonight I'm told it's going on my credit. Even though I personally went into the store and spoke with the manager only to be told to wait ANOTHER 5-7 days for a phone call I have yet to receive. Mind you I have been told this for 2 months strait to wait 5-7 days for a phone call. If this goes on my credit, I will dispute it will all of my phone records on my account along with voice recorded conversations with customer service, service department, complaint department, store managers etc.
This has been my last straw with Conns. I'm also going to file a report with the BBB for all the inconvenience you have caused me. This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend you to anyone. For any reason you may decide to actually pick up the phone and provide me with the customer service I should have been receiving please please feel free to call me.
Frustrated beyond imaginable.
