Conns Complaint - Mistaken Identity - N/A

Review by conns_suck on 2006-06-09
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS -- Why is this company calling me for credit isssues on someone else two times a day six days a week. I explained to them the person they are trying to reach is not at my number. There reply was that they could not remove my number because it was the last one on file. All hard working Americans should avoid employment, purchases, credit and any affiliations with this company. I bet there CEO does not get phone calls from them with other peoples credit problems. I had to change my number to prevent getting there phone calls. Thank You.

Collections is another business becoming extensively outsourced. At my home, "Rajeesh" is a regular caller; looking for the person who owes his master some money and my FAX line is the deadbeat's last point of contact. Although I've told "Rajeesh" the number has been reassigned, he continues to call (he gets paid per call no doubt) Sometimes it's fun to talk to "Rajeesh"...sometimes not. DoNotCall is very ineffective when dealing with outsourced collectors. I mean how bad can one make it for somebody who uses the street for a washroom.
