I logged on to this site and was surfing...I read an article where your company is accused of tampering with evidence at a court trial. How could you do this? There are people in this world who DO fraud insurance, however in this case it sounds as if you committed fraud to keep from paying. If you are setting an example to lie and cheat, expect others to lie and cheat you. Shame on you!!! I own my own business and can say that I have had employees cheating to get workers comp, and on the other hand there have been legitimate insstances where people have been injured. I, as a respectable employer, will now cancel my worker's comp insurance wwith your company.
