Look at the BBB and find an auto repair shop that specializes in you make of car. Check to see if they have excessive complaints at http://www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org Since Berman is not communicating with you I'd open a file with the BBB and see if they respond. If not they'll get a negative (like getting a negative on ebay) and consumers will have an idea of their b u s i n e s s tactics.

Were you charged for this? What "cups"? 17psi in a tire that calls for 32psi would cause the car to "pull" to one side.

I understand why you have bad communications with the service dept. I have read your complaint 3 times and I still do not understand it in it's entirety. You should contact the BBB and find a auto repair shop that specializes in a hybrid auto.LOL Yea, good luck with that
