Snappy Supply Complaint - Slow, unresponsive service
BROOKLYN, NEVADA -- I placed an order for a pair of Altama 4157 boots with Snappy Supply approximately two months ago. When the boots arrived nearly three weeks later, they were not the size I ordered. After multiple attempts to reach someone by phone and e-mail, we were finally able to get a return authorization. We were initially told that replacements would be shipped immediately, but a second message indicated that the missized boots would have to be returned first. We returned the boots nearly three weeks ago, but we have not yet received the replacements. We have left e-mails and multiple phone messages (Snappy Supply apparently rarely answers their phone) asking for information on the status of the exchange, but we have not received any reply. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have encountered in an online merchant.
