JP Morgan Chase Complaint - JP Morgan Chase calling me and harrassing me in the early morning hours
VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON -- On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, JP Morgan Chase called my house at 5:01 AM west coast time. They left a voicemail saying they were calling about an account for "Ryan Scott". I don't know who this person is or how they got my number. I was so mad they woke me up so early on a holiday weekend. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who answered the phone and he said he didn't even see that number in their system. They then transferred me to a supervisor at my insistance and supposedly they were taking my number off their list. She half apologized and just said sorry for the inconvenience.
This morning, 6/13/06, they called again. I spoke to a supervisor named Oscar, who promised me he would call me back within 1 minute to get the number from my caller id. He never called after 10 minutes, so I called back again. I spoke with Heidi, who was actually nice and said that she didn't see my number in the system but she would research it. So basically, I'm stuck with them calling my home every couple weeks anytime they want at an ungodly time of the morning. Needless to say, I'm irritated beyond belief. I don't have a JP Morgan Chase account and never will after this nightmare.
