Titan Auto Insurance Company Complaint - Horrible Customer Service and company

They didn't send us any of the information like they were supposed to. And then they cancelled us even after we payed them. We called the 800-888-8424 customer service number and they were beyond rude and there was no customer respect. We asked for a supervisor and they lied and said there was no one there. They hung up on us and we called back and asked for a supervisor and finally got one. Her name was **removed** and she was rude and had no understanding. It was their fault and they still would't reinstate our insurance or give us our refund. If you need auto insurance go somewhere else. They are horrible and have been reported several times to the BBB for the same problems. Again, Titan Insurance is horrible so go somewhere else!

Did you "fudge" a little on your driving record? Not uncommon - people call, tell them on the phone their driving record is clean so the insurance company tentatively insures them. When the DMV report comes in a few days later showing tickets and accidents you didn't report the insurer cancels the account on the spot.

Payment of premium virtually never guarantees issuance of a policy. There is more to this post than is posted.

Hugh got it...information given for the purpose of acquiring auto insurance on an application, which proves untrue, allows the insurance company to cancel the policy "ab initio" (from the day of inception)(in most states). This is material misrepresentation.
