Home Depot Informative - DO NOT ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT ONLINE
We ordered an item online from home depot. It arrived broken. We called SEVERAL times trying to get them to pick the thing up or exchange it. We even received a return number. It has yet to be picked up. Made SEVERAL complaints and received no response. Was told 2 weeks ago that someone would get in touch within 72 working hours, you guess it ... no one called. We just want them to get the thing and credit us back .. I will run to Lowes to pick up a replacement!!!! The main home depot number can not help us because it was purchased online!!! They can only forward our complaint ... I guess they forward it to the dark hole because it hasn't gotten us anywhere!!! We still have the broken item and it they have our money.
