Bad Deliver - Ignored Special Instructions

SARASOTA, FLORIDA -- I live in WA and wanted a balloon bouquet delivered to Sarasota, FL. I ordered online 5-7-15, for delivery on 5-9-15. Here's the reply I sent to Gift Blooms after receiving my delivery confirmation email: I'm VERY unhappy so I'm giving some feedback about the delivery of my gift. First of all, I searched your site prior to ordering and nowhere did I find delivery time ranges, residential or business, so I assumed 9-5. I checked business delivery, and in the special instructions I stated that the recipient worked 10-4 on the delivery date, along with the building information and their phone number as a contact.

I did not know delivery time ranges until I received my email confirmation, which listed residential, business, and school times. Business delivery was 8:30-5. Well, the balloons were delivered after the birthday person had left. Seriously? So, even with instructions, delivery was made during the last hour of the day with the service KNOWING that the recipient was unavailable. Now my birthday balloon bouquet will sit in an empty office for two days, and the event has passed. I will not use your service again.

If a Sarasota delivery service cannot deliver to a Sarasota address within a 6-hour window, as indicated in the special instructions option, they are not very customer service oriented in my opinion. I live in WA and wanted my friend in FL to have a surprise on his birthday. The balloon arrangement may be as I specified, so I cannot comment on the product itself, but I suggest you find a more customer oriented delivery service, or delete the special instruction section. Please list the delivery time ranges on your site, along with a statement that special instructions are only guidelines and may be ignored.

USA -- My friend ordered a gift for me for Christmas. It never arrived. A man called me from **. He said a third party company is trying to deliver and no one is in the villa. I told him I do not live in a villa! I gave directions to the address, which he confirmed was exactly what he had on the order and still nothing arrived. He called again stating the order was a '**' mess and laughed. Nothing has been heard from this company since! No one answers the number above and no response to text messages.

The terms and conditions on their website have been concocted to cover their fraudulent behaviour! They will not refund if the address is wrong (how convenient!!!). They promise aftercare sales. This is clearly false representation and of course they promise satisfaction guaranteed. From the comments below there are a lot of unsatisfied customers. No attempt to deliver has been made. There have been several complaints registered on Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Resellerratings, Better Business Bureau and the Complaints Board about the Jagma Group LLC./Gift Blooms. They are not reputable and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Do Not Use Their Service

First of all, I had really wanted this service to work. I ordered a cake for my father in a small town in Malaysia. The Gift Bloom site boasts of delivering within 24 hours and catering to the location I had in mind. I even chatted with an agent first to make sure it was doable. I was given a confident "yes". But since putting my order in, it has been a disaster.

They obviously do not have a handle on their local vendors so the email correspondence was Gift Bloom pushing out the delivery date from the initial Thursday to Friday, then Saturday, then the following Monday. And even then, they were not able to say for sure if the cake can be delivered as promised. In the end, they canceled the order, which speaks volumes since no business would initiate this unless absolutely necessary. I am disappointed and would not be try them again.

PENNSYLVANIA -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We are a gift basket company and they have been ILLEGALLY using our photos on their website. They put their logo over ours and have other companies fulfilling these orders. We have been asking them for over a year to remove these items and still nothing. They give us the runaround and then have the NERVE to order off of our website as a customer to SEND TO THEIR CUSTOMER. This company is also SENDFLOWERSANDMORE.COM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! They use PayPal to purchase and then try to open claims that "they" never received the item because they have it sent to their customer.

It is not acceptable spending A$100 and it is very sad for me and my sister was expecting the gift from me. They haven't refunded my money yet. It is a number one fraud sites I ever seen. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Thanks.

I ordered a cake and a balloon bouquet to be delivered for a birthday, The cake was NOT delivered and I order a 6 balloon bouquet and they delivered 2 balloons NO card from whom sent it. Just handed him the balloons and left. Emailed over and over, NO response until I told them I was disputing charges. They charged $114.42 for cake and $130.74 for the Balloons, $72.00 for delivery. UNREAL. I didn't mind the cost for it was a very special birthday but this was unacceptable. Still waiting for refund... Awful company.

NEW JERSEY/IL, NEW JERSEY -- SCAM!!! I ordered a giant fortune cookie for 39.99 and a snickers basket for 59.99 for an anniversary gift for my bf in Hawaii. First of all they don't give you your total due before they process your transaction! They mail you, put your card info then proceed with billing then smack you with the total after! Came to $194.00!!! I freaked out and they never sent my confirmation order receipt to my email!

Something wasn't right so I call the number on the website which was an IL state cell phone with Google voice! An Arabic answered, "Hello?" I ask if I reached Gift Blooms, he was immediately shady. Said, "yes, yes that's them"? I asked where was my email of receipt. The man said they sent it... I never received it! I also asked about my order of accuracy "message on fortune cookie" and he couldn't tell me anything about my order! Kept saying "ummmm uhh ummm" and putting me on mute.. not on hold.. mute!! He said call back tomorrow when their lender is open?!

I then knew this was fraud. I call my bank and immediately cancel my bank card. And once the payment hits my account. And it will because it's on authorized hold funds... my bank will then dispute the 194.00! So I cancel my card and call them back like 15 times! Finally he picks up and he again was stumbling on his words. Played the hold on mute game again then another Arabic gets on the phone - I tell him I want the transaction canceled before their lender takes my payment. He said "there is no need - we will just void it?" I ask for a cancellation email.. he said it wasn't necessary.

I then said he doesn't know if he can do that? So I said for him to fax it.. he didn't know how to and did the mute game again! He then got back on the line and said he sent it... got nothing! And he said he can text it?! Yah that's legit huh? These people are SCAMMERS and FRAUD and ROBBERS! I canceled my card before they could drain my account and my bank will dispute this transaction!

Customer Service Or Lack There Of......

I was getting married and wanted a new perfume for the occasion. I ordered a scent through Giftblooms.com and even paid for 2-day rush. I waited a week and didn't receive the product. I was getting married in 6 days. On a Tuesday I contacted Giftblooms.com and asked when I was going to receive the product I ordered. Giftblooms.com answered back that it was mailed that day so I should receive it Thursday or Friday. OK, I would get the product before the wedding. I did not receive the product until the following Monday and come to find out the perfume was not sent until the Thursday after I was told it was sent on Tuesday.

Giftblooms.com was going to look into why their vendor was late sending the product and was going to refund me part of the cost. I never heard from them. Last week I emailed them and ask to return the product since I did not receive it when they said I was going to.

After three emails back and forth, they responded that they would refund me $15 for late delivery. I said I wanted a phone number to talk to someone in person because I was unhappy with the service I received from this company. I have yet to hear back from Giftblooms.com and definitely had not even seen the $15 credited to my account. I do not recommend Giftblooms.com and good luck to anyone who orders from them.
