Perfume.com Complaint - Worst Online Purchase Ever

ALASKA -- I tried to buy some frangrances from this site however I do not live in the United States. I noticed that a month had passed and still I didn't receive my order. I sent an email,no response and I sent another one two days after telling them how disappointed I was and asked if they could tell me the status of my order and this is what they had to say "It has been sent back to our warehosue and we will not reship. Your credit card will be refunded for the appropriate amount".

Now when I checked the upsp tracking number the item had been returned to their warehouse from June 7, and now it's June 22 and yet I was NEVER notified of this or asked for an alternate shipping address. Yet they were rude enough to state in they email that the item will not be reshipped. This was my worst online shopping experience ever !!!. I told a few friends of this site when I first placed my order but now I will share my nightmare with them.

You need to be aware of companies shipping policies before you make your purchases. Find a vendor that has a liberal overseas shipping policy.

At least they say they're goint to refund to your CC. Many of e-merchants just keep the money and run. So, if you get your money back...be happy and disappointed too.

Since when is Alaska not part of the US? It was the last time I checked.
