Philips Electronics North America Complaint - Where is my TV? - 42
I bought a 42" plasma TV back in October from Best Buy. It had a problem with the color. Any part of the screen that should have been white was showing pink and blue. I called Philips in early March and a local repair company came and picked up the TV. Since then I've been calling and the part to fix it was ordered (10 business days) part not in stock(more business days) Part never came. Another 15 business days for them to decide whether to replace the TV. Three weeks ago I was told the new TV was shipped to the repair shop May 25th and the person I talked to at Philips thought I had my new TV. When I asked where it was I was told it would take another 15 business days. I called again (after 3 weeks and now they said it is in processing and has not been shipped. It is almost July and I still don't have the TV that I paid over $3,000.00 for back in October and I have been lied to and treated like dirt.
So where do I go from here? I would like any advice.
