CallWave Complaint - CallWave cancellation

I had CallWave for many years and really like it. It was perfect for people with dial-up.

Then I got DSL and cancelled my CallWave in the middle of the month.

When I called today to find out why I had not received a pro-rated refund I was told they do not pro-rate. If you have paid for the month that was just too bad.

I never heard of a company that does not refund unused time.

I don't think there is anyone is that industry (or most service industries) who DOES refund unused time. You pay in advance for a month of time, if you choose not to use it, it's your loss. What are we talking here, 6-7 bucks?

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

CALLWAVE IS A 100% CORRUPT COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY and WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND. I PAID IN ADVANCE FOR A WHOLE YEAR. ( HAVE RECEIPTS) THEY STOPPED THE SERVICE FOR NO REASON and REFUSED TO GIVE ANY REFUND.
