CallWave Complaint - CallWave cancellation
I had CallWave for many years and really like it. It was perfect for people with dial-up.
Then I got DSL and cancelled my CallWave in the middle of the month.
When I called today to find out why I had not received a pro-rated refund I was told they do not pro-rate. If you have paid for the month that was just too bad.
I never heard of a company that does not refund unused time.
