NORTH AUGUSTA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- We typically receive mail everyday. In fact, in the last 4 years we have received mail every Tuesday prompting us to call Tuesday Junk Mail Tuesday.
But this week it is different. We have not received mail in over 3 days. The customer service rep at USPS headquarters was of no help. They took a complaint and said someone would call me when they had an answer.
I finally traveled to the post office today after the mail had been delivered and we still did not get any, and was told they could not figure out why my mail was not getting to me. I am 100 percent certain that there was to be a very important letter in the mail yesterday, but all the post office can say is that they do not have an idea what is going on. So why are we paying the extra price for postage?
