AT&T Wireless Complaint - Dropped calls-awful coverage and service
CENTRAL MARYLAND, MARYLAND -- I bought two phones-one for teenager. We seldom could complete calls to each other. We might have been only a few miles apart, and our calls were dropped consistently. We experienced frequent dropped calls with other callers. The bars on our screens indicated poor coverage. The problem worsened after a couple months into the contract. When I complained repeatedly, AT&T said they were not obligated to correct this because I did not inform them of the problem within the initial grace period after signing the contract. AT&T informed me I would have to pay an early termination fee to discontinue with them. I informed them they were not providing the service! They broke their contract, not me.
I had to switch to another wireless service, but AT&T harrasses me for the termination fee.
