eBags Compliment - Stands behind warranty - replaced product

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased eBags' rolling backpack for my son just before school last year. After eight months, a hole wore through the bottom. I contacted eBags because they touted a lifetime warranty on this product, expecting nothing would come of it. To my surprise, yesterday, a brand new replacement backpack arrived at our door. eBags stood behind its warranty and, as a result, will get my future business.

We have had good luck with ebags too, both with the selection and customer service.
The only minor problem I had was way too much spam after I made my purchases. We mostly purchase one time a year and ebags was hoping we would buy a bag a month I guess. They finally quit after I requested a couple times that they stop emailing me.
