Hotels.com Complaint - Don't Use Them!!!!!!
I recently used it and it was a complete nightmare. Booked four rooms in Boston through them, they confirmed booking, sent emails with booking numbers, I reconfirmed a week before, they said all was fine. Got to hotel - no rooms ever booked. Called their customer service and got a return voice mail saying "you're on your own!" Have not issued an "immediate credit" to my charge card and were and are very unresponsive or caring. Anyone else have an experience with them? Do not recommend them!
