Qwest Complaint - Devastating Service by Qwest
My firm recently moved 125 lines from one location to the another. We had critical configurations in one office and experience told me Qwest was incapable of duplicating the configurations without incident. I requested all new lines to configure properly and requested no lines be duplicated from the old office. Qwest disregarded the order although has accepted the error. The duplicated lines were brought into the new office and placed in completely different configurations resulting in a verifiable loss of income in excess of 40,000 in three weeks. Qwest charges to transfer my service, rather than provide all new service per my request to 3 seperate Qwest reps, exceeded 15,000.00. Qwest credited my firm less than 1000.00 I've been doing business with Qwest for years and I've never experienced a seamless move. I have been unable to hold Qwest accountable for any loss of revenue, payment of overtime, stress or the loss of clients. If anyone has experienced financial loss as a result of Qwest with no compensation, please contact to file a class action lawsuit. Thanks.
