Sprint nextel Complaint - Nextel the worst - i860

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have a i860 beautiful phone great features but what good is a beautiful phone when you can't make a phone call, received a call aqnd worst when you are talking to your wife and telling her to get ready the call gets dropped. i called NEXTEL and they told me that they have never got one complaint about dropped calls and they pretend like nothing is going on and when i told them that i wanted to cancel the contract they were glad to receive my $200.00 cancellation fee and have the nerve to tell me thank you and to called them back if i need them in the future.

If you think the cellular aspect of Sprint is bad, you should have them as your local phone company. Now they are changing their name to Embarq. They sent out tons of direct mail to let people believe they are a new company with all new services, a would-be welcome sight being as how they dont even have voice mail available here and charge $35.00 just to change your phone number. I called them last week and was told by a customer service rep that nothing in the company was going to change, just the name, to which I replied a sarcastic, "figgers."

The saddest part...you left Nextel, paid out $200 for the privilege of doing so, and will gleefully trip into the offices of an equally mediocre wireless company. Guess you showed Nextel.

With current technology, no wireless provider can guarentee service. Too many variables to take into account.
