Bellavoi Complaint - Ripped off - medispa

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I thank the prior individual with a complaint of Bella Voi. I drove to the location on 6/29/06 after failed attempts to contact them. The signs are on the floor and no one in sight. I spoke with mall management.The form they listed with other companies claim they only have an email bellavoi@aol.com. NO Correspondence at all. I met the district manager once and should not be surprised that this failed. I will try to get my money back.

For people that are customers of Bella Voi, the employees are starting to get paid, and customers will be contacted shortly. We regret that anyone was inconvenienced by the temporary store closings, but are confident when all is said and done, the stores will come back very strong. For those that keep associating Bella Voi with the Radiant or Radiance chain, they are simply misinformed. The stores in Texas did a cooperative effort with some advertising and printing, and that was all. In fact, on the brochure it even reads..."Two companies, one goal". As someone that is happily employed by Radiant in Texas, I need my job and every time someone posts something inaccurate about Radiant, you're not making your situation any better. You're just hurting my chances at keeping food on MY table for my family. Thanks for listening!

I am hope that I did not reference the association with bella voi and Radiant or Radiance in my review. Actually i had not heard of Radiant or radiance before. I do want to NOTE THAT THE PRIOR EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN TO ME BY ONE OF THE COMPANIES LISTED ON THE MALL MANAGEMENT CORRESPONDENCE DID NOT REACH THE INTENDED BELLA VOI BUT A BUSINESS OWNER THAT STATES THAT THEY HAVE NO ASSOCIATION WITH BELLA VOI. I DO NOT WANT THAT BUSINESS TO BE INCONVENIENCED BY THE BAD BUSINESS ETHICS OF ANOTHER. I HAVE SENT MY APOLOGY AND AM STILL IN PURSUIT OF THE INTENDED. THANKS

I'm sorry, but the same owner who owns Bella Voi owns Radiant as I assume that you already know. If he is a sole proprietor, then Radiant is in trouble and deserves to be. Why would you want to work for someone who would screw its customers knowingly. If you are worried about food on the table then maybe you should find somewhere else to work.

I prepaid services and no one has contacted me about squat to reschedule anything. I tried to call them, the voicemail was full. I tried to call the number that the mall's information desk gave me and that didn't reach them. The website is down and no one knows what the heck is going on.

Don't apologize for anything. Rick Bagley, the owner of these two establishments, deserves what he is getting.
