Wal-Mart Complaint - Difference in online price and tag on item bought
I just received a pair of capris bought on Walmart.com, and I paid $12.94 for them when the tag found on the item itself, once received, said it should have cost $10.94. I emailed customer service, was told to call, which I did, only to be told that once items were bought, there was nothing they could do. that the price on the tag, and I quote, "meant nothing at all".
not the first time I have a bad experience with them, but it will definitely be the last time I allow myself to have anything to do with them, ever again.
EDIT: another WalMart employee called me, and will credit me back with the difference in price. this new person that called was EXTREMELY pleasant, and helpful too. guess it was just a matter of having to deal with a bad customer service rep., during the first phone call?
