JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- On Wednesday, December 12, 2001 I met with the used car sales manager Don Friedman regarding my dissatisfaction with the constant vibration on the above referenced vehicle since purchasing it in June this year.

This vehicle is still not only vibrating (even after excessive repeat trips for resolution which have been expensive in time and cost), it is also a type of dealer operational issue that was known by your firm and is also unsafe for it's operator.

To help prevent any future discomfort for us both, I would like the following:

I would like this vehicle replaced immediately. I want all of the exorbitent financial obligations removed so that my only 'additional' expense is simply the cost of the preferred replacement vehicle at the dealer's cost.

Thank you for your time.

My jeep had the same problem. The only thing it needed was for the rotors to be sanded down. They will go out of shape over the first couple of months due to the friction. They covered all of that under warranty, and the jeep is running like new.
