Clean Credit Repair Service (CCRS) Complaint - BEWARE! Fraudulent Credit Repair Service
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- This fraudulent company promises higher credit score and legally taking care of negative credit remarks on your credit report.
They do NONE of that. They charge $408.95 for this fake service and they don't do anything to improve your credit rating. The following is my formal complaint to the BBB and the attorney general. Nothing was done on my behalf, my money was never refunded. Mr. Medina the owner of the company accused me of being ignorant and not giving their program a chance and of mismanaging my money.

I originally received a contract to sign up with CCRS 12/28/05 and my name was misspelled. I received a corrected contract on 1/4/06 in which I signed along with the two other documents needed to expedite the process in cleaning up my credit.
Two weeks later I received the dispute letters that I in turn would have to send to the (3) credit report companies. All of the dispute letters had incorrect information on them I called my assigned representative Barbara who did not respond to my request until I followed up with her 24 hours after my first attempt of contacting her. I then contacted the customer service department who took the correct information from me once again.
Without response from anyone at CCRS and more than a week later I received a second set of dispute letters with the same incorrect information!
Throughout this frustrating ordeal, I spoke with Tamika Smith regarding your company's unsatisfactory actions and requested my fee be returned to me in full. She however said that was not possible due to the contract. I have thoroughly reviewed the contract that I signed which states that the contract can be broken within 3 days of signing without penalty, however there is no clause stating specific circumstances in which any time beyond a 3-day period that all contracts are final.
This ordeal has taken more than 30 days to initiate the clearing of my credit report as promised by your company due to lack of professionalism and has since cost me the ability of acquiring a new home.
I have contacted CCRS offices many times without success or a response from anyone who can assist me in this matter. I am sure they are aware of the consumer's rights specifically, the sixth one written by President Bill Clinton in 1994, stating the right to service, which entitles consumers to convenience, courtesy, and responsiveness from manufacturers and sellers of consumer products in a timely manner.

They destroy any personal and sensitive information that was given to them. Social Security #, address, name, and checking account info (used to pay fee over the phone)

In the end I disputed my credit reports (all three agencies) for free and the information was removed from my reports.
They have celebrities advertise for them in the Miami/Dade area and are advertised on local radio stations.
