Very sad. Lost so much money. :-( I didn't read any review before ordering and done this mistake with 2 wigs. One from Wigsbuy the second I'm going to receive from another Chinese company and very scared now of what I'll get... From Wigsbuy I ordered a human hair wig in a nice blonde. The advertising is still visible but when you click on the wig in the meanwhile it disappeared. They have removed that wig after I ordered it. It was advertised as a high quality wig for more than 200 dollar. It have been 180£ plus DHL wanted 24£.

It arrived with a yellow colour a colour that no human being ever could have and even if you dye your hair I've never seen a dye-accident that looked like this. I don't think it's possible. It was just the colour yellow if you wore it people would guess it's for Halloween or a joke. A yellow smurf or something like that.

The worst thing is the top. On the top it's no high quality but only 1 bundle which is visible. It's not possible to hide it but I try every time I wear it and always press on it which must look strange for others. When there is wind which is the case in Scotland you can't avoid that people see it and you can't fix it in that moment. You need a mirror. And fixing it nea just to make it look not so much that everyone sees it straight away.

Because of the bundle on the top, it looks thick on the top as if you were a unicorn. I have to wear it. So I started to dye the wig where I realized at least it's human hair. The human hair is a great quality as I had to dye so many times that I can't count it anymore.

I first used a light ash blonde with which I tried to remove that terrible yellow. It looked afterwards like a little bit less yellow but the colour was difficult to use and not enough. Then I bought the colour light ash blond again from L'Oréal good quality. Then it became a grey wig. The colour was grey and people were shocked when they saw me. So I bought the colour baby blonde. The grey got less but still was a light grey. So I bought a normal golden blonde.

Then the wig got darker and the grey was nearly completely gone. Now I've bought today a "extra light blonde" from L'Oréal for 8£. Every colour costed 8£. After I used extra light blonde the hair looks like my natural hair colour was. The wig survived all that colouring it lost many hair but it still okay regarding the hair.

It's a real pity that so extreme good hair that is quality human hair is not been used for a high quality wig but for a very strange bundle in the middle of the top. Looking funny but not like hair coming out. It looks like a firework and unicorn. It looks ridiculous but the colour is okay now although I'd like to have a lighter blonde than my natural blonde is. But I won't dye again. I only fixed the most horrible part. From now on I have to leave it for as long as I can use it. It was so expensive.

I've been not offered a full refund so didn't send it back. Sadly I could only achieve a $45 refund for all the colour that I've bought. I asked for at least 100£ as the wig has a fault on the top that I can't fix. But they only offered a little refund less than $20. So I explained again all problems and they increased it to $35. I asked for $65 and now they said I'll get $45. I don't have it yet. I hope we really get that money at least. It's nothing for all the work, time and stress and for all the people who every day see it's only a wig that I'm nervous touching.

I can only advise people especially regarding the colour that you can only buy in a shop. I'm too embarrassed to show myself that's why I ordered online. I accepted that I can't get a refund so I tried with being very kind to achieve the highest refund I only could. That doesn't mean that I'm happy in any way. I'm very sad. It just means I think better getting a little bit from a thief than nothing.

CHINA -- Ordered 2 wigs. I seldom wear synthetic. They arrived separately. Neither were the wigs I order. Looked used, like cheap dolls' hair. I've been sending emails for two weeks. Now they have stopped responding. They refused to provide the returns address. Told them it's their error because what they sent was not what ordered. Their response "Sorry, no refund, not pay you to return shipping." US$127 gone. Their other company sells wigs /clothes too in USA called tidesbuy.com. They are just as bad, even though the wigs came from them. They told me to contact China where I ordered wigs. Buy your wigs & clothes locally. Save your money. I am posting on my social media to expose Tidesbuy and Wigsbuy - originals ordered and got the last two.

CHINA -- Why didn't I read the reviews on this company before order??? Big mistake!! Even though the wig I ordered was under $100 it was not the color that was advertised on their website. It was definitely brown, whereas the advertised wig had red highlights.

I was told it would be too expensive to ship it back (even though the package I received showed a New York City shipping address) and they would let me keep the wig and give me a credit of $10, plus a coupon for $5 on my next order. When I told them that was unacceptable they asked me to send them a picture of the BROWN wig they sent me. I also included the picture from their ad showing a lovely wig with RED highlights. Their next suggestion was that all I needed to do was to style it and use some hairspray and it would make it perfect. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will see if PayPal can get my money back but I'm not holding my breath.

Bad Quality of Wig and Bad Customer Service

CHINA -- I purchased a wig from this company and it was the WORST quality wig I have ever seen. I contacted the company and even sent them pictures of the wig, and was told to send it back to them in order to get a refund. The wig only cost $45 and to send it back by US Postal Service, and to obtain the tracking number the company requires would cost me almost $50, and to send it back by UPS it would cost $150.

When I told the company (Wigsbuy) what it would cost me to send it back I was told that the only way I could get a refund was to send it back to them. They offered $10-$15 off the purchase of another wig and I told them I did not want another one because the quality of their wigs were horrible. So now I'm stuck with a wig that I can't wear and can't even give away because it is so poorly made, and in no way resembles the picture on their website. Needless to say, it is going in the trash and I'm out of $45.

I told them that I would write a negative review and that didn't faze them one bit. Do not buy from this company. They are a rip-off and have the worst wigs I have ever seen. Next time I will read the reviews before ordering from another company and wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Wigsbuy Is an Unethical Business - Stay Away

CHINA -- Wigsbuy sent me an entirely different wig than what I ordered. They would only refund a fraction of what I paid, so I have started the complaint process with PayPal. I now see that their good ratings are fraudulent as they are clearly written by someone who speaks terrible English. Every review on their site is five stars and glowing. When I go to other sites, people warn to not order from them, detailing their horrible experiences. Further, I have noted that they use pictures from other wig manufacturers to advertise their wigs. For example, Raquel Welch is shown wearing one of her wigs! Below, I've tried to upload what was advertised and a picture of the wig I actually received.

CHINA, OHIO -- As I said before, I bought a wig on the website called "WigsBuy". After I received the wig, the style of the wig didn't match the description or the picture. And the color was too light. I sent an email to them, and I let them know that I was not satisfied with my item and that I wanted to send it back. I had to wait 24 hours for them to answer, and they told me that I should try to style the wig and also try it. I sent them an email and said that I already knew that it was not what I wanted.. after that I had to wait another 24 hours for them to answer, and they came up with all kinds of excuses and told me that I was not going to get the full refund of the price of the purchase. They told me that they would only give me 65% of what I spent. So I asked why I should only get 65% of my purchase if the wig was completely new.. all I did was open the box. So I have been sending emails back and forth several times, then they told me they'd give me back 75%. So I agreed because I am fed up with this game. I have sent the wig, and I told them to put the money on a new credit card number because the credit card that I purchased the wig with is lost. They told me I should buy something else from the website so they could have records of the new credit card number so they could pay me back as soon as they got the wig back. Finally, they sent me the address to send the wig back, so I have sent it back with a tracking number, the last email I got from them so far was them saying that the only way I would get the money would be on the credit card that has already been lost. So, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Are they going to keep my money and the wig as well? I urge you guys on this website to file a lawsuit against these people who scam their customers. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a wig from the company and once received, it did not resemble that which I thought I was purchasing. I emailed the company and they requested that I email them a picture. I emailed them three pictures, one with the advertisement and the picture of the wig I received next to each other; which was a clear example of the differences. The company replied and told me to take some hair spray and fix the wig to make it beautiful. They basically refused to provide address so I can send back the wig for a full refund or an exchange for the right styled wig.

Do not buy a wig from this company. The wig ships from China and if you are not happy with it there will be no response. When you call the US phone number you can't understand a word their message says other than they are not open. I ordered a Sharon Osborne wig in a light brown and when it came the color was blond and the style was just terrible. I could not style it at all. This is a horrible company when after 4 emails I get no response at all. I sent emails direct and through their website. I spent almost $200.00 for this wig and will never be able to wear it. What a rip-off company. Buyer beware.

Wrong Color Wont Refund

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy for $194.00. It was not the color I ordered. I ordered Brown and received what was a blondish orange color. They will not refund me. After 12 emails back and forth the best they said they could do was $80 dollar refund. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSBUY!!

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- Paid $52 for a wig, which isn't cheap (it was supposedly marked down from more than $100, which would indicate that the wig would be decent). Received a very poor-quality wig (basically a drugstore Halloween wig, quality-wise...it arrived in a tiny box) that was several inches shorter than what was pictured. Extremely unhelpful customer service who told me by email to take my wig to a stylist for repairs. (A stylist cannot repair several inches missing in length.) Buying from them was a huge mistake. I realize that the picture is of one of Dolly's actual wigs, and I wasn't kidding myself. However, I don't think what I received was even close. Please note how many of the positive reviews of this company are clearly fake.
