LR, ARKANSAS -- I had a dead battery. Called Jackrabbit. Got a message, saying he'd be here in 20 minutes, followed by one saying he'd be here in an hr. I walked to the end of the driveway to wave at him, so he'd know it was the right place. He came at the time he said he would & drove right past. My st dead ends in 2 blocks, so I knew he was still in the area. I called him to help him find the place. He was very rude. I told him I was in the driveway, waving & he told me that was a lie & that was “all in my head.” He then hung up.

I called back and told him I knew he was still in the neighborhood since he hadn't driven back past my house. He said he was on his way to the next call & hung up. 20 seconds later, he drove past while I was again, waving at him. Then they are trying to charge me $49 for a cancellation. I never cancelled. He cancelled on me. I am not paying any $49. These people are lying crooks who do this to everyone. Never do business with them.

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -- In March of this year, I needed a tow due to having a flat in the wee hours of the morning. I was broken down in a bad neighborhood by myself (I am a woman). I informed my insurance company of this as well as the tow company. The insurance company got me in contact with the tow truck driver - Darrell - who informed me that he was behind on his appointments, but asked me to be patient. That was understandable enough which I told him.

As you may know, when the tow truck has arrived, your insurance company will send you a text message informing you. Well, to my surprise, I received a text message stating that my tow truck driver had arrived at my location about 20 minutes after speaking to him. Confused because no one had arrived at my destination, I tried to contact Darrell. He did not answer. I contacted my insurance company to see if they knew where he must have arrived to because he was not at my location. The representative placed me on hold to contact Darrell. Darrell answered for the representative and told them that he was still working.

I stated that was okay and that I was only double-checking due to the text message I received. Another 35 minutes went by and I received the same text message, again. Still, no one was at my location except for me, so I tried to contact Darrell to see if it was a legitimate text message or not. He did not answer. I received another text message with the same message about 15 minutes later. At this point, I am not sure what is going on, so I try to contact Darrell a few times seeing it's pitch-black dark and that I am alone and it was way beyond the time that he was to arrive anyway. He did not answer. In fact, he began ignoring my calls. I sent him a text message to see if he would respond to that and still got nothing.

I contacted my insurance company to see if they could reach him to which they were able to. Not long after that, Darrell contacts me. I asked him why he didn't answer any of my calls and he told me, and I quote: "Because I was busy and you blowin' my phone up ain't gone make me come no faster." As I went to explain to him how I was not "blowing him up" and that I was receiving messages stating he had arrived, he hung up in my face.

Livid, I contacted their customer service only to receive his girlfriend - Courtney - who was DISGUSTING to me. She had already sided with Darrell and told me what I had done without even listening to me. She refused to answer the phone for the company so that I could even speak to anyone else. Petty much? Immature much? UNPROFESSIONAL much? Then, she "blocked" my number and stated that I was harassing them!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!

TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA -- I had a flat and called for road side assistance. Jack Rabbit USA was dispatched with an ETA of 37 mins. After 45 minutes I called for confirmation they were coming, to be told it would be another 45 mins. When they hadn't shown by that time, my husband changed the tire. He is recovering from his 7th neck surgery, which is why I called for roadside assistance in the first place. I would NEVER recommend Jack Rabbit USA. Not ever.

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -- Thanksgiving and my wife and I are traveling to Arkansas from South Carolina. On the way back to SC from AR, the car started acting funny after just passing Little Rock, Arkansas and I decided it was probably a good idea to pull over to a gas station and check it out.

As soon as I cut the car off, we were unable to start the car again; and it made the clicking noise that a dead-battery-car would make when trying to turn the key ignition. This was probably around midnight at this time and I figured I had USAA auto insurance and would call them and give them a try. I did and they told me their provider, Jack Rabbit USA, would call me promptly and provide me information with help to be received within the hour. Great!

But unfortunately the man never showed. I called the number provided to me and talked to the dispatch lady, Cindy, and she could not reach her employee. She even confirmed that on her computer, it read that his GPS signal read 12 miles away from my location... after 1 hour! She gave me some options and at this point my wife and I shook our heads and told her to cancel and call USAA and tell them that they canceled and that I am calling family to help.

Long story short, the alternator had given out in our vehicle and my cousin and I towed the car back to his house (about and 45 min away) and we bought and swapped out a new alternator the same morning. I really hope USAA will cancel their contract with Jack Rabbit USA. In a time of need and they did not come through. Be sure to ask for another provider when told you are receiving help from Jack Rabbit USA.

Flat Tire Assistnace Never Came

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Ford Roadside assistance assigned Jack Rabbit to help me with flat tire. I spoke with Jack Rabbit driver twice. Each time he said he was on his way to me and I was next in line and that would be there in 30 minutes. I also spoke to the dispatcher three times, and she told me he was 20 minutes away. Both cited "high call volume" but assured me I was "next in line" and they were "on the way" to help me. "I'll be there in 20 minutes."

FOUR HOURS LATER, he never showed up. I believe they lied to me and took other jobs over mine, leaving me stranded in the snow, in 20 degree weather with a flat tire and an undrivable car. I asked to speak with supervisor, and dispatcher said she was not allowed to forward me to a supervisor. (?!) I tried to contact the company via their website, but every time I hit "submit" I received an error message!

I consider this fraudulent. Jack Rabbit is the worst and deserves to go out of business. I can't tell you how disgusted I am with Jack Rabbit's lack of human decency, let alone professionalism. I truly hope Jack Rabbit loses its contract with Ford Roadside Assistance.

MESA -- The Jack Rabbit employee that was sent to me by my insurance is by far the worst person I have dealt with. This guy hated life and apparently his job as well. He cussed out an elderly man and another gentleman that were trying to help the employee open my car. After multiple attempts at trying to open the car he said "I can't open it, have a good day." I don't even think he knew how to open a freaking car. Ridiculous! Sad that a random man was able to open my car with just a hanger instead of this stupid guy employed for a roadside service company.

ORANGEBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Me and my wife coming back from Charleston to go home to Charlotte North Carolina and we stopped into town of Orangeburg South Carolina off the exit to get a bite to eat at McDonald's and my wife locked the keys in the car. Immediately called Geico, they dispatched Jack Rabbit USA. Janet ** what's the dispatcher. She was very nice, very courteous. Said she would have somebody to us at 37 minutes and then within 10 minutes the man with the plan called us. His name was Casey **.

He unlock the 2018 Toyota Corolla less than 2 minutes. Great experience and we only waited about 15 minutes for him to get there any of that door open so fast and he was putting his tools away while I was getting him a tip out my pocket. Very impressed. If you're coming through Orangeburg did they tell you getting Jack Rabbit USA and they're sending Casey ** you're in good hands.

JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY -- I had a flat tire and my roadside assistance company called Jack Rabbit to come and fix it. They said initially it would take 37 minutes. After more than 2 1/2 passed and called my provider and told them to get me another company. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in an emergency situation. Shame on Toyota Roadside for including this God awful company as one of their contracted companies. This looks disgracefully on them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They're so unprofessional. If you hear their name run for the hills. Shame on them and shame on Toyota.

VALDOSTA, GEORGIA -- I waited over an hour for the guy to show up and still nothing. I called in twice to get an update on ETA and both times they kept telling me he is 15 minutes away. Finally after almost 2 hours of waiting the guy calls me (I think his name was Lester) to ask where I'm located as if they didn't give him my address then says he's about to make his way to me.

At this point I'm frustrated so I tell him that they told me he was on his way almost 2 hours ago so what happened but before I could finish my sentence he cuts me off and says "Well do you want me to come or not". I told him to ask the company to send someone else 'cause I don't want to deal with his lack of professionalism and he hung up on me. He was 2 hours late but catches an attitude with me instead of starting off with an apology. By far the biggest ** I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would.

FLORENCE, SOUTH CAROLINA -- This company does not have a compressor for their roadside assistance. How are they working with the insurance company when they are only able to perform half the service. This company is a joke, the worker and his truck a joke. I will not be using this company again. If you are a woman that need service and it's late at night be wary if the company is Jack Rabbit. They're quick at driving off quickly. Disgusting I've told everyone that I know DO NOT USE this company. A waste of time. My dad ended up driving an hour with his compress to fill my tire with air. My dad actually filled the service order meanwhile this dude got paid and for fraudulent service. And I was about to tip the guy lucky the store doesn't give cash back after 11pm.
