Route 66 Studios Complaint - Route 66 Studios - Emu Emulator Drive

I ordered a replacement drive for my emuultor II and it took 2 months to get to me. What really annoyed me was that every time I called he lied and said "Its on its way" I asked for a tracking # and he didn't provide one. He would respond to my inquiries for tracking info with 2 word responses like "hold tight". total lack of communication and at times rudeness. I have read numerous complaints about this guy from other messageboards, not surprising at all.

I am with Lidman, I haven't a clue as to what you are talking about. How about some more detail so that the rest of us can be warned.

I totally know what you went through. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Richard Walsh/Route 66 Studios! I wish I too had seen all the reviews before ever dealing with him. I had to call the authorities... ridiculous.
