NEW YORK -- Over 2 years ago they claimed i signed up for their service thur j c whitney and billed me 9.99 per month.because of the volume of my account i never noticed the 9.99 this was my fault.it took a long time to find this out.when i called i was told a little about what the service ws about,i didn't need it.never used it didnot know i had it.the had sent their membership stuff out 3rd class {junk mail}never got it nor did i recive the replacement sent end of june.they did refund $120.but cannot understand why they don't deserve the restif i had recived the mail i would have known and cancelled,or used it

Netz: They refunded you one year...consider this a lesson and consider yourself lucky for receiving the refund.

Yes, I've be very happy with the outcome if I received one year reimbursement. Thanks for the warning though!
