Sears Complaint - Bad quality of Sears made mattress
CANADA -- We were the customers of Sears in Canada. My husband and purchased a Mattress from Sears on Dec 2005. The mattress was delivered to our apartment on Dec 30 2005.
3 months we start feeling back pain. Later I looked at mattress and found it blows up, a blow-up line is across the middle of it.We put the mattress pad on the mattress so we didn't find it with pad. I took a picture and sent to Sears attached with email. We went back to store which we purchased the mattress and showed them the picture. But they asked us to call the customer services line.
We made hundreds call , left message, sent email.....all we got feedback is waiting.
We have waited for more than 1 month, only one sleep guard came to look at the mattress for 5 seconds and said it has to be exchanged , then left without doing anything.
We really doubt the quality of this mattress that was made/sold by Sears and feel so sad with sears services.And now no one works with our mattress and no more feedback information from Sears...
