SPV Motors USA Informative - Failure to deliver - All Terrain Vehicle (ATV)

Review by cvwad on 2006-07-24
FORTH WORTH, VERMONT -- SPV Motors USA,of 7770 Jacksboro Hwy, Forth Worth, Texas, 76135 a subsidiary of CLB Investments has scammed many anticipating ATV rides through false ads of having the best ATVs with longest warranties.

Failure of the product with need for warranty service is not likely if the product is never delivered. Payment made May 1, 2006 with promises of 2-3 week delivery. Multiple calls with false promises that the vehicles were on the west coast ready for shipping and I was even provided a shipping company name, Lowe in California. Come to find out through subsequent email with representatives of CLB that the ATVs never left China. So as of July 10th refunds were issued. More false promises that checks were mailed, non-response to my request as to where my check was sent, and resumption of policy not to return phone calls, it is now July 24th, and no ATVs and no refund. I have heard everything is bigger in Texas, even the lies.
